To reach Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park by car, start by navigating to the address: 7867 Redwood Rd, Oakland, CA 94619. From the East Bay area, you can take Interstate 580. If you are coming from the north (e.g., Berkeley or Walnut Creek), merge onto I-580 S towards Hayward. Take the exit for 35th Ave, and turn left onto 35th Ave. Continue straight to merge onto Redwood Rd. Follow Redwood Rd for approximately 3 miles, and the park entrance will be on your right. Parking is available at the park entrance, but please note that there may be a parking fee depending on the time of your visit.

Public Transportation
If you prefer to use public transportation, take the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) system to the nearest station, which is the Coliseum station. From there, you can catch the AC Transit bus number 73 towards Eastmont Transit Center. Get off at the Redwood Rd & 35th Ave stop. From this stop, you will have to walk approximately 1 mile up Redwood Rd to reach the park entrance. Please check the AC Transit schedule for the most accurate timing. The bus fare is typically around $2.50, and you can pay with cash or a Clipper card.
