From anywhere in Glendale, head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the Metro Bus Line 90 or 91 towards Downtown LA. Make sure to check the schedule for the latest times. Ride the bus until you reach the 'Universal City' stop. Once you get off, follow the signs to the Universal City Walk. The Simpsons Ride is located inside Universal Studios Hollywood at 100 Universal City Plaza, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop along the City Walk.

If you're near a Metro station, take the Metro Red Line from the Glendale Station towards Union Station. Transfer at the Hollywood/Highland Station to the Metro Bus 222 or 224, which will take you directly to Universal City. Get off at the 'Universal City' stop, and follow the signs to the Universal City Walk. The Simpsons Ride is located at 100 Universal City Plaza, about a 10-minute walk from the bus drop-off.
