    From the Inglewood City Hall, walk to the nearest bus stop located at 1 E Manchester Blvd. Board the Metro Bus Line 40 towards the Hollywood / Highland Station. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes and get off at the stop for 'Hollywood Blvd & Vine St'. Transfer to the Metro Red Line subway at the 'Hollywood / Vine' station. Take the train towards Union Station for 5 stops and get off at 'Vermont/Sunset'. From there, you can board the Metro Bus 96 towards 'Griffith Park / Los Feliz'. After approximately 15 minutes, disembark at 'Griffith Park - Zoo Entrance'. The Los Angeles Zoo is just a short walk from the bus stop.

    Starting at the Inglewood Transit Center, take the Metro C Line (Green Line) towards Expo/Crenshaw. Travel for 4 stops and transfer at the 'Crenshaw / Expo' station. From there, switch to the Metro E Line (Expo Line) towards Downtown Santa Monica. Ride for 5 stops until you reach the 'Pico / Alvarado' station. Here, transfer to the Metro Bus Line 96 towards 'Griffith Park / Los Feliz'. After about 20 minutes on the bus, get off at 'Griffith Park - Zoo Entrance'.
