From Inglewood, head to the nearest bus stop on Manchester Blvd & Crenshaw Blvd. Catch the Metro Bus Line 212 towards the Lennox Station. Ride for about 15 minutes until you reach the bus stop at Crenshaw Blvd & 3rd St. Transfer to the Metro Gold Line at the Pasadena station. Ride the Gold Line towards Azusa and get off at the Pasadena station. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Pasadena City Hall at 100 Garfield Ave.

Once you arrive at the Crenshaw station, transfer to the Metro Blue Line going towards Washington station.
