Once in downtown, turn right onto Palm Canyon Drive. Continue on Palm Canyon Drive until you reach E Palm Canyon Drive, then turn left. After a few blocks, turn right onto Tamarisk Road. Ruth Hardy Park will be on your left at 700 Tamarisk Rd. The park is open from 6 AM to 10 PM.
