Car
If you're driving from South Lake Tahoe, head east on US-50 E towards Stateline. Continue for about 3 miles, then turn left onto CA-89 N. After approximately 4 miles, watch for the signs for Cascade Falls Trail on your left. Turn onto Cascade Falls Trail and follow it to the trailhead parking area. There is no fee for parking.

Take the Blue Go public transit service from various locations in South Lake Tahoe. You can catch the bus at several stops, including Stateline and the Heavenly Village. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at the intersection of US-50 and CA-89. From there, it's about a 1-mile walk to the Cascade Falls Trailhead. Once you arrive at the Cascade Falls Trailhead, you'll find a well-marked hiking trail. The hike to Cascade Falls is about 1 mile and is considered moderate in difficulty.
