If you're driving, start by getting onto CA-89 South from wherever you are in Lake Tahoe. Follow CA-89 South for about 10 miles until you reach the Emerald Bay State Park entrance. There is a parking area available at the park, but please note that a day-use fee of $10 is required for parking. Once you park, follow the signs for the Lower Eagle Falls trailhead, which is a short walk from the parking area.
