Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in Malibu, start at the Malibu Pier located at 23000 Pacific Coast Hwy, Malibu, CA 90265. Head northwest on Pacific Coast Hwy (PCH). Continue walking along the sidewalk for approximately 4 miles. You will pass the beautiful beaches and scenic views. Keep an eye out for the entrance to Leo Carrillo State Park, which is located at 35000 Pacific Coast Hwy. The park entrance will be on your right, marked with a sign.

  • Public Bus

    From the Malibu Civic Center (located at 23555 Civic Center Way, Malibu, CA 90265), catch the Metro Bus Line 534 heading north on Pacific Coast Hwy. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes. Get off at the stop for Leo Carrillo State Park, which is marked with a sign. The park entrance will be directly accessible from the bus stop.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Malibu Lagoon State Beach (where the Malibu Lagoon meets the ocean). Head west along the bike path that runs parallel to Pacific Coast Hwy. Continue biking for about 4 miles until you reach Leo Carrillo State Park, which will be on your left side. Look for the entrance marked by a sign.
