From the center of Mammoth Lakes, head east on Main Street towards Minaret Road. Continue onto Minaret Road for approximately 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Mammoth Scenic Loop. Follow the loop for about 3 miles until you reach the Inyo Craters parking area, which will be on your right. Parking is free but limited, so arrive early during peak seasons.
