Walking
Start at the Menlo Park train station located at 1100 Merrill St, Menlo Park, CA 94025. Exit the station and head east on Merrill St toward Santa Cruz Ave. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with El Camino Real. Cross El Camino Real and continue on Santa Cruz Ave. After about 0.3 miles, turn left onto Middlefield Rd and walk north for approximately 1 mile. Take a right onto Loma Verde Ave and continue until you reach the intersection with Arboretum Rd. Turn left onto Arboretum Rd, and the Angel of Grief will be located on your right in the Stanford University Arboretum.

From the Menlo Park train station, board the Caltrain towards San Francisco. Get off at the Palo Alto station (2 stops, approximately 8 minutes). Once you arrive at the Palo Alto station, exit and walk north along the Alma St toward the intersection with Meadow Dr. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Arboretum Rd. Turn left onto Arboretum Rd, and you will find the Angel of Grief on your right in the Stanford University Arboretum.
