From downtown Los Angeles, take the Metro J Line (Silver) south to the Beacon/1st Street stop in San Pedro. From there, it's a short walk east along 1st Street, then south on Harbor Boulevard to the Battleship USS Iowa Museum. A one-way fare is $1.75, with a day pass available for $5. Showing your TAP card at the ticket booth saves $2 on regular admission.

If driving from the north or south, take the I-110 (Harbor Freeway) to its southern end and follow signs for CA-47 N toward Terminal Island/Long Beach. Take the South Harbor Blvd exit and continue on S. Harbor Blvd to the museum. Parking is available adjacent to the museum at the World Cruise Center. Parking rates are $2 for each additional hour after the first free hour, with a maximum of $22 per day.
