    If you are in downtown Monterey, head towards the coast. Start on Alvarado Street and walk towards the waterfront. Continue on the path along the coastline, enjoying the views of the bay. When you reach Cannery Row, keep walking north until you come to the intersection with Lighthouse Avenue. Turn left onto Lighthouse Avenue and walk straight until you reach 100 Lighthouse Avenue, where you will find Coast Guard Pier.
