Car
From Muir Woods National Monument, head southeast on Muir Woods Rd towards Mill Valley. Continue onto CA-1 N for approximately 9.5 miles. Merge onto US-101 N and continue for about 16 miles. Take the exit for CA-29 N towards Napa. Continue on CA-29 N for about 12 miles. Take the exit for Trancas St and turn left. Continue on Trancas St, then turn right onto McKenzie Dr. Oxbow Preserve will be on your left.

From Muir Woods National Monument, take the Marin Transit Route 61 bus towards Mill Valley. Transfer at the Mill Valley Depot to the Golden Gate Transit Route 70 bus towards San Francisco. Disembark at the Vallejo Transit Center. From there, take the Napa County Transit Route 29 towards Napa. Get off at the stop closest to McKenzie Dr. Walk along McKenzie Dr to reach Oxbow Preserve, which will be on your left.
