If you are traveling by car, start from any central location in North Coast. Head east on CA-20 towards the town of Willits. Continue on CA-20 for approximately 25 miles until you reach the junction with US-101. Merge onto US-101 South and drive for about 50 miles. Take exit 636 for CA-26 East towards West Point. Follow CA-26 for around 20 miles. You will reach California Historical Landmark 253: Sandy Gulch at 20394 State Rte 26, West Point, CA 95255. There is no entry fee for visiting the landmark.
