If you are at the center of Jack London Square, begin by heading towards the waterfront area. You will want to walk towards the historic waterfront district and keep the water on your left. Continue along the promenade until you reach the intersection of Broadway and Embarcadero West. From here, turn right onto Embarcadero West and continue walking until you reach the corner of 3rd Street. The Jack London Oak is located at the corner of Embarcadero West and 3rd Street, just a short walk away. Look for the large oak tree in the small park area.

From Jack London Square, you can catch AC Transit bus number 62 or 88 at the bus stop located at 3rd Street and Broadway. The fare for a single ride is $2.50 (exact change required). Ride the bus for 2 stops and get off at the stop for 3rd Street. Once you disembark, walk back to the intersection of 3rd Street and Embarcadero West, where you will find The Jack London Oak right at the corner.
