BART
If you're coming from San Francisco, take the BART train from any station towards Oakland. Get off at the 12th Street/Oakland City Center station. From there, exit the station and head southwest on Broadway toward 14th Street. Turn right onto 14th Street and walk until you reach Adeline Street. Turn left on Adeline Street and continue walking for approximately 15 minutes until you reach De Fremery Park at 1651 Adeline St.
Bus
From downtown Oakland, you can take AC Transit Bus Line 36. Board the bus at any nearby stop heading south. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Adeline St & 18th St. Once you disembark, walk north on Adeline Street for about 5 minutes to reach De Fremery Park, located at 1651 Adeline St.
Walking
If you are already in West Oakland, you can walk directly to De Fremery Park. Start at the corner of 16th Street and Adeline Street. Head south on Adeline Street for approximately 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the park located at 1651 Adeline St. Look for the main entrance that has a sign for the recreation center.
Bike
If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing programs. Start from downtown Oakland and head west on 14th Street. Continue straight until you hit Adeline Street, then turn left. Ride south on Adeline Street for about 1 mile until you arrive at De Fremery Park at 1651 Adeline St. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
