The walk is approximately 1 mile and should take about 20 minutes. There are no costs associated with walking.

    From the Pismo Beach Transit Center, take the local bus service that heads towards Price St. Get off at the Price St stop, which is the closest to Chumash Park. From there, walk along Price St, turn onto Pomeroy Ave, then left onto James Way, and finally turn right onto Ventana Dr. The park will be on your right. A single bus fare is approximately $1-3.

  • Driving

    From Highway 101, exit at 4th Street and turn toward the mountains. Immediately turn left onto James Way, then right onto Ventana Drive. Chumash Park will be immediately on your right. Parking is available at the park, though it may be limited during busy times. Parking is free.
