    From the intersection of Shell Beach Road and Beachcomber Drive, head west on Beachcomber Drive. South Palisades Park will be on your right in approximately 0.2 miles. The walk is mostly flat and offers views of the ocean. No costs involved.

  • Public Transport

    From downtown Pismo Beach, take the local bus ('SLO Transit') towards Shell Beach. Get off at the stop closest to Beachcomber Drive. From there, walk southwest on Pomeroy Ave toward the beach, turn left onto Beachcomber Dr, and continue until you reach the park. The bus fare is approximately $1.50 - $3.00.

  • Car

    From Highway 101, take exit 190B for CA-1 South toward Pismo Beach/Santa Maria. Merge onto CA-1 S and continue for about 2 miles. Turn right onto Beachcomber Dr. South Palisades Park will be on your left. Free street parking is available on Beachcomber Drive , but spaces may be limited. There are no toll roads on this final approach.
