    From the Pleasanton Downtown BART station, board the train towards Fremont. Get off at the West Dublin/Pleasanton station after two stops. Upon exiting the station, walk to the bus stop located at 5800 Dublin Blvd. Take the Amador Valley Transit Authority (AVTA) bus route 2 towards Pleasanton. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop at Vineyard Ave & Hopyard Rd. From there, walk north on Hopyard Rd for about 10 minutes, then turn left onto Vineyard Ave. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach Rubino Estates Winery, located at 1188 Vineyard Ave.
