From downtown Redding, walk to the Redding Transit Center located at 1313 Yuba St. Board the Route 1 bus heading towards Shasta Lake. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop near Shasta Lake City Hall. From there, walk north on Shasta Dam Blvd for about 0.6 miles until you reach Median Ave. Turn left onto Median Ave and continue for about 0.2 miles. The Boomtown Museum will be on your right at 1525 Median Ave.
