Walking
From the heart of Downtown Sacramento, head towards the Sacramento River. If you are near the Capitol building, walk west on L Street until you reach 2nd Street. Turn left onto 2nd Street and continue walking south until you reach K Street. Turn right onto K Street and walk for about two blocks. What Cheer House is located at 102 K St, on your left. It is a historic landmark and should be easily recognizable.

If you are near the Sacramento Light Rail stations, board the Blue Line heading towards the 'Sacramento Valley Station'. Ride the train for two stops until you reach the 'K Street' station. Upon disembarking, walk east along K Street for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at What Cheer House at 102 K St. Note that a one-way fare for the Light Rail is approximately $2.50.
