After approximately 1 mile, take the exit toward East 3rd Avenue, continue on East 3rd Avenue, and turn left onto Monte Diablo Avenue. Harborview Park will be on your right at 1725 Monte Diablo Ave. There is no parking fee at the park.

From there, catch SamTrans Bus Route 250 or 251 towards San Mateo. Get off at the stop for Monte Diablo Avenue and 3rd Avenue. Walk a short distance along Monte Diablo Avenue to reach Harborview Park at 1725 Monte Diablo Ave. SamTrans bus fares typically range from $2.25.
