From the San Mateo Caltrain Station, walk north on S Railroad Ave towards E 1st Ave. Turn left onto E 1st Ave, then turn right onto N Amphlett Blvd. Safari Run will be on your left. SamTrans bus routes also serve the area. Check SamTrans schedules for the most up-to-date information. A single ride on SamTrans costs $2.50.

From downtown San Mateo, Safari Run is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. Head east on E 4th Ave toward S Ellsworth Ave. Turn left onto S Delaware St, then turn right onto E 5th Ave. Turn left onto N Amphlett Blvd. The destination will be on the left.

Safari Run is located at 341 N Amphlett Blvd, San Mateo. From Highway 101, take the CA-92 E exit. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto E Hillsdale Blvd. Turn right onto S Delaware St, then turn right onto E 5th Ave. Finally, turn left onto N Amphlett Blvd. Limited street parking is available. Several parking garages are also available in downtown San Mateo, within walking distance. Parking rates in city-owned garages are typically $0.75 per hour.
