You will travel on Soledad Canyon Road, and the bus will take approximately 30 minutes to reach the vicinity of Newhall Pass. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Soledad Canyon Road and Newhall Avenue. From there, walk north on Newhall Avenue, and shortly after you will see signs leading to the Newhall Pass. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Santa Clarita Central Park located at 27150 Bouquet Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91350. Head north on Bouquet Canyon Road for about 1.5 miles until you reach Soledad Canyon Road. Turn left onto Soledad Canyon Road and continue for approximately 2 miles. You will see the signs for Newhall Pass on your right. The total biking distance is approximately 4 miles and should take about 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace.

If you are walking, a good starting point is the Santa Clarita Town Center located at 24201 W Valencia Blvd, Santa Clarita, CA 91355. Walk north on Valencia Boulevard until you reach the intersection with Magic Mountain Parkway. Continue straight onto Soledad Canyon Road. Follow Soledad Canyon Road for about 3 miles until you reach Newhall Pass. This walk will take approximately 1.5 hours, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
