To reach Avalon, take the Catalina Express ferry from Long Beach. Head to the Catalina Express terminal located at 320 Golden Shore, Long Beach, CA 90802. You can take the Metro Blue Line to the Long Beach Transit Mall station, then walk to the ferry terminal, which is about a 10-minute walk. Once at the terminal, purchase your tickets and board the ferry for a scenic ride to Avalon. The ferry ride takes approximately 1 hour.
