Walking
Starting from the center of Tahoe City, head south on N Lake Blvd (Highway 28) towards the junction with Highway 50. This path will take you along the shoreline of Lake Tahoe, offering beautiful views. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Highway 50. Cross safely at the crosswalk and turn left onto Highway 50. Follow Highway 50 for approximately 4.5 miles. As you walk, be mindful of the traffic and stay on the designated paths when available. You will eventually see signage for Cave Rock - Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park. Look for a trail or entrance on your right side as you approach the area. Once you enter the park, you can explore the scenic views, picnic areas, and hiking trails.

Biking
If you are biking, begin at Tahoe City and head south on N Lake Blvd (Highway 28). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Highway 50. Turn left onto Highway 50 and bike along this road for about 4.5 miles toward Glenbrook. Keep an eye out for the Cave Rock - Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park entrance on your right. The bike ride will be scenic, but be cautious of traffic, especially as you approach the park.

Public Transit
While there is no direct public transit route from Tahoe City to Cave Rock - Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park, you can take a bus to nearby Stateline, NV. From the Tahoe City Transit Center, board the South Tahoe area bus (STATA) towards Stateline. Once you arrive at Stateline, NV, you would need to either bike or walk approximately 2 miles south on Highway 50 to reach the park entrance. Alternatively, you can check for local shuttle services that might offer rides to the park.
