BART
From Walnut Creek BART Station, purchase a ticket to Embarcadero Station in San Francisco. Board the Pittsburg/Bay Point train and travel approximately 30 minutes. When you arrive at Embarcadero Station, transfer to the Muni Metro. Follow the signs to the Muni and catch the N-Judah or T-Third line towards the Embarcadero. Ride for 2 stops to Montgomery St. Station. Once you exit, walk towards the Ferry Building, which is a 10-minute walk along the waterfront to Pier 41.

From the Walnut Creek Transit Center, take the County Connection bus number 6 towards Martinez. Ride for about 35 minutes and get off at the Walnut Creek BART Station. From there, take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Get off at Embarcadero Station. After exiting the station, take the Muni Metro N-Judah or T-Third line, and alight at Montgomery St. Station. Walk towards the Ferry Building and continue along the waterfront until you reach Pier 41, which will take about 10 minutes.
