  • BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit)

    From Walnut Creek BART station, take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Get off at the Embarcadero station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the Montgomery St. exit. Once outside, walk towards the Ferry Building and catch the Muni F-Line streetcar towards Fisherman’s Wharf. Get off at the stop at North Point Street & Taylor Street. From there, it's a short 15-minute walk to Coit Tower. Head northeast on North Point Street, then turn right onto Columbus Avenue. Continue until you reach the intersection with Bay Street, then turn left. Walk up the hill on Telegraph Hill Boulevard until you reach Coit Tower.

    From Walnut Creek, take the County Connection Bus #5 towards Pleasant Hill BART. Get off at the Pleasant Hill BART station and transfer to the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Ride to Embarcadero station. Once at Embarcadero, exit the station and walk to the Ferry Building to catch the Muni F-Line streetcar towards Fisherman’s Wharf. Get off at North Point Street & Taylor Street. From there, walk up Telegraph Hill Boulevard to Coit Tower.
