If you are at the Battambang Riverside area, you can easily find a tuk-tuk. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Ek Phnom Pagoda, located at 557Q+37W. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. The driver will navigate the main roads, passing through local neighborhoods, giving you a glimpse of daily life in Battambang.
Bicycle
For an adventurous option, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Battambang. Head north on Street 1. After you cross the intersection with Street 2, continue straight until you reach the roundabout. From there, take the second exit onto National Road 57. Follow this road for about 4 kilometers, and you will see signs directing you to Ek Phnom Pagoda on your left. The entire journey will take about 30-40 minutes depending on your cycling speed.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, start from the Battambang Central Market. Head north on Street 2 until you reach the intersection with Street 1. Turn right onto Street 1 and continue walking until you reach the roundabout. From there, take the second exit onto National Road 57. Keep walking for about 4 kilometers. Although it’s a longer walk of around 1 hour, you will enjoy a scenic route lined with local shops and rice fields.
