If you are starting from the Royal Palace, head east on Sothearos Boulevard (Samdach Sothearos Blvd). Continue straight for about 1.2 kilometers. You will pass by the National Museum on your left. As you approach the intersection with Street 104, the Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Monument will be on your right at 103 Samdach Sothearos Blvd.

From your hotel or a central location in Phnom Penh, you can easily hire a tuk-tuk. Tell the driver you want to go to the Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Monument at 103 Samdach Sothearos Blvd. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. You will be dropped off right in front of the monument.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Independence Monument. Head east on Norodom Blvd, then turn left onto Street 240. Continue straight until you reach Sothearos Boulevard. Turn right on Sothearos and cycle south for about 1.5 kilometers. The Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Monument will be on your left at 103 Samdach Sothearos Blvd.

You can take a public bus from the Central Market (Psar Thmei). Board Bus 5 towards Chbar Ampov and ride for about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop near the Russian Market. From the bus stop, walk south on Sothearos Boulevard for approximately 800 meters. The Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Monument will be on your right at 103 Samdach Sothearos Blvd.
