Follow Norodom Boulevard north until you reach the intersection with Street 51. Turn left onto Street 51. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Street 278. Turn right onto Street 278, which will lead you to the riverfront area. Keep cycling along the river until you reach the area near Khan Chroy Changvar. The Mongkol Serei Kien Khleang Pagoda will be located on your right, along NR6.
Tuk-Tuk

From any central location in Phnom Penh, find a tuk-tuk by signaling one from the street or using a ride-hailing app. Inform the driver that you want to go to Mongkol Serei Kien Khleang Pagoda, located on NR6 in Khan Chroy Changvar. The driver will likely take you via Norodom Boulevard, which is one of the major roads, and then continue towards the riverfront area. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
Walking

If you are near the Riverside area, you can walk to the pagoda. Start at the riverside promenade and walk north along the riverbank. Keep an eye out for NR6, which is parallel to the river.
