If you are driving from the center of Kampong Speu, head east on National Road 4 towards Phnom Penh. Continue on this road for approximately 65 kilometers. As you approach Phnom Penh, follow signs for the city center. Once you reach the roundabout near the Independence Monument, take the second exit onto Norodom Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Street 240. Turn right on Street 240 and continue for about 700 meters. The Giant Clock will be on your left, situated near the riverside.
