Walking
From the Old Market area, walk north along the Siem Reap River. The Royal Residence and gardens are approximately a 15-minute walk. Follow the riverbank, passing ornate stone street lamps and sculptures. The gardens will be on your left, and the Royal Residence is across Road 6. There are no entrance fees for the gardens.

Tuk-tuks are readily available throughout Siem Reap. A short trip from the city center or Pub Street to the Royal Residence and gardens typically costs between US$3 and US$5.
