Taxi
From central Yaoundé, taxis can be found near the Marché Central. A taxi to Ngoumou takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Upon arrival in Ngoumou, take a moto-taxi to Metet, where Parc de la Méfou is located. The moto-taxi should take around 25-30 minutes. Expect to pay around 5,000-10,000 CFA for the taxi from Yaoundé to Ngoumou, and an additional 500-1,000 CFA for the moto-taxi to the park.

From Douala, take a bus or 'taxi-brousse' to Ngoumou, which typically takes 1 to 1.5 hours. Once in Ngoumou, you can walk to Metet. Ask locals for directions to Parc de la Méfou. Buses to Ngoumou typically cost around 1,000 CFA francs. A shared taxi or moto-taxi from Ngoumou to Metet should cost approximately 500 to 1,000 CFA francs.
