From the central market of Ngaoundéré (Marché Central), head north on Avenue de la Réunification. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Rue de l'Indépendance. Turn left onto Rue de l'Indépendance and walk for another 800 meters until you reach the main road. Cross the road and look for signs or locals to guide you towards Bazanga. You can ask for directions to Tello Waterfalls or Chutes de Telle as you go. After about 3 kilometers, you will reach a small village where you can take a local path that leads to the falls.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Ngaoundéré. Start from the central market and head north on Avenue de la Réunification. Keep pedaling for about 1.5 kilometers and turn left onto Rue de l'Indépendance. Continue on this road for approximately 800 meters until you reach the main road. Cross the road and head towards Bazanga, following any local signs. After about 3 kilometers, look for a local path leading to Tello Waterfalls, which is approximately 1 kilometer from the village.

Find a motorcycle taxi (locally known as 'benskin') near the central market in Ngaoundéré. Tell the driver you want to go to Tello Waterfalls (Chutes de Telle) in Bazanga. The driver will take you along Avenue de la Réunification, then to Rue de l'Indépendance, and finally towards Bazanga. The ride should take around 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach Bazanga, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to the waterfalls. You may need to walk a short distance to reach the falls.
