If you're driving from St. John's, get onto the Trans-Canada Highway (NL-1) heading west. Continue on NL-1 for approximately 210 km until you reach the exit for the Bay d'Espoir Highway (NL-201). Take this exit and follow NL-201 for about 50 km until you reach the junction with Route 360. Turn right onto Route 360 and continue for about 28 km until you see signs for J.T. Cheeseman Provincial Park. The park entrance will be on your left.
Public Transportation
Take a bus from St. John's to Port aux Basques via the Newfoundland and Labrador bus service (e.g., Marine Atlantic). Once in Port aux Basques, you will need to arrange for local transportation (such as a taxi or rideshare) to reach J.T. Cheeseman Provincial Park, which is approximately 25 km away. Ensure to check the bus schedules in advance as they might not run frequently.
