From Cache Creek, take Highway 1 East towards Kamloops. Continue on this road for about 80 kilometers until you reach Kamloops. In Kamloops, take the exit for Highway 5 North towards Prince George. Drive this highway for around 140 kilometers, and then take the exit for Highway 16 West towards Burns Lake. Continue on Highway 16 until you reach the turn-off for Fossil Creek Park.
