Fossil Creek Park: A Prehistoric Playground

Fossil Creek Park, located in southeast Fort Collins, is a 99.5-acre community park designed to integrate an escape from the urban environment while remaining close to the city. The park's theme revolves around fossils and geology, a nod to the small nautilus-shaped fossils once found in the area.
