    Start at the Charlottetown Bus Terminal located at 157 Kent Street. Take the bus heading towards Wood Islands. Ensure you check the local bus schedule, as services may vary. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Disembark at the Wood Islands Ferry terminal.

  • Ferry

    Upon arriving at the Wood Islands Ferry terminal, you can catch a ferry to Caribou, Nova Scotia, if you wish to explore further. However, for Wood Islands Lighthouse, you will need to exit the terminal and head towards Lighthouse Road. It's about a 5-minute walk to the lighthouse.
