Walking
If you're starting from the Halifax Waterfront, head northeast along the waterfront boardwalk until you reach the end. At the end of the boardwalk, turn left onto Lower Water Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Barrington Street. Turn right onto Barrington Street and walk for about 5 minutes. You will see Grand Parade on your left at 1770 Barrington St.

From the Halifax Public Gardens, exit the gardens and head south on South Park Street. Continue straight until you reach Spring Garden Road. Turn left onto Spring Garden Road and then take a right onto Barrington Street. Walk down Barrington Street for about 10 minutes, and you will find Grand Parade on your right at 1770 Barrington St.

If you're near the Halifax Citadel, exit the Citadel and head straight down the hill towards Sackville Street. At Sackville Street, turn left and walk straight until you reach Barrington Street. Turn right onto Barrington Street and continue walking for about 10 minutes. Grand Parade will be on your left at 1770 Barrington St.

If you're near a bus stop, take any bus that heads to the Downtown Halifax area. Get off at the stop nearest to the Halifax Central Library on Spring Garden Road. From there, walk down Barrington Street for about 5 minutes, and Grand Parade will be on your right at 1770 Barrington St.
