Start at the Charlottetown Bus Terminal, located at 124 Murchison Rd, Charlottetown. Take the PEI Transit bus towards Morell. The bus schedule may vary, so check the latest timetable for departure times. You will need to get off at the stop closest to the Morell area. From there, it will be a short walk to the St. Peters Harbour Lighthouse.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Charlottetown. Head east on Queen St until you reach the Confederation Trail. Follow the Confederation Trail out of Charlottetown towards Morell. The trail is well-marked and scenic. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will arrive in Morell. Once in Morell, follow Lighthouse Rd towards the coast to reach the St. Peters Harbour Lighthouse.

If you're adventurous and want to walk, start from the center of Charlottetown. Take the route along Water St heading east, then continue on Main St until you reach the outskirts of the city. From there, follow the signs towards Morell. This is a long walk of about 30 kilometers, so be prepared for a day-long hike. Once you get to Morell, head towards Lighthouse Rd to find the St. Peters Harbour Lighthouse.
