From Montérégie, take Autoroute 20 East (A20 E) towards Montreal. Continue on A20 E for approximately 30-40 minutes. As you approach Montreal, merge onto Autoroute 720 East (A720 E) towards Ville-Marie Tunnel. Follow signs for Centre-Ville (Downtown). Once you exit the tunnel, continue straight on Rue Saint-Antoine O. and turn left onto Rue Saint-Laurent. Turn right onto Rue Notre-Dame O. The Basilica will be on your left at 110 Notre-Dame St W, Montreal, Quebec H2Y 1T1. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee, typically around CAD 2-4 per hour.

To reach Notre-Dame Basilica via public transit from Montérégie, take the Exo train (Candiac line or Vaudreuil line) from any station in Montérégie heading towards Central Station in Montreal. The train ride takes about 30-50 minutes depending on your starting point. Upon arrival at Central Station, exit and head to the Bonaventure Metro station (Line 1 - Green Line). Take the Metro towards Angrignon and get off at the Place-d’Armes station. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk: head east on Rue Notre-Dame until you reach the Basilica at 110 Notre-Dame St W. The total cost for the train and Metro ticket is approximately CAD 8.
