If you are starting from the heart of Mile End, head south on Parc Avenue. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Mont-Royal Avenue. Turn left (east) on Mont-Royal Avenue and walk for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Papineau Avenue. Turn right (south) on Papineau Avenue and walk for another 1 kilometer. Finally, turn left on Pierre-de Coubertin Avenue and you will see the Montreal Biodome at 4777 Pierre-de Coubertin Ave.

From Mile End, walk to the nearest Metro station, which is Mont-Royal Station on the Orange Line. This should take about 15 minutes. Once you reach Mont-Royal Station, take the Orange Line towards Côte-Vertu. Travel for 5 stops and get off at Berri-UQAM Station. At Berri-UQAM, transfer to the Green Line towards Angrignon. Travel for 3 stops and get off at Jean-Drapeau Station. From Jean-Drapeau Station, exit and take the bus #125 towards 'Parc Jean-Drapeau'. Get off at the stop 'Biodôme'.
