From Quartier des Spectacles, locate the nearest Metro station, which is Berri-UQAM. Take the Green Line (Line 1) towards Angrignon. Alight at the next station, which is Saint-Laurent. Exit the station and walk west on Saint-Laurent Boulevard until you reach Notre-Dame Street. Turn right onto Notre-Dame Street, and the Basilica will be on your left at 110 Notre-Dame St W. Note: Metro tickets cost approximately CAD 3.50.
