Once crossed, follow signs for I-190 North towards Buffalo. Take exit 6 for NY-5 E towards the waterfront. Continue on NY-5 E and then take the exit for Erie St. At the traffic light, turn left onto Erie St and then right onto Prime St. Canalside will be on your left at 44 Prime St, Buffalo, NY 14202.
