Stay on Wellington Street until you reach the intersection with Elgin Street. Turn left (north) onto Elgin Street and continue walking for about 400 meters until you reach the next intersection with Wellington Street again. The Terry Fox Statue will be located directly ahead on your right at 90 Wellington St.
