    The Royal Canadian Mint is located near several major Ottawa attractions, including the ByWard Market and the National Gallery of Canada. From the ByWard Market, walk east along Rideau Street, then turn left onto Sussex Drive. The Mint will be on your left. The walk is approximately 10 minutes. No costs involved.

    OC Transpo bus routes 6, 9, 20, and 56 stop near the Royal Canadian Mint. Check OC Transpo's website or app for the most up-to-date schedules and routes. Alight at the Sussex/Bruyère stop. From there, it's a short walk to the Mint. A single-ride fare is $4.00 CAD, or $3.20 CAD if paying with an e-purse on a Presto card. Seniors ages 65 and older can ride OC Transpo buses and the O-Train for free on Wednesdays and Sundays.
