From Parliament Hill, head south towards the Ottawa River. Once you reach the river, continue walking along the riverbank until you reach the end of the pathway. You'll see the iconic National War Memorial on your right as you walk. Continue along the paths until you reach the intersection of Queen Elizabeth Driveway and Preston Street. Turn left onto Preston Street, and you will see the entrance to Commissioners Park on your right.

From Parliament Hill, walk to the nearest OC Transpo bus stop at the corner of Wellington Street and Elgin Street. Take bus number 14 towards 'St. Laurent'.
