If you are driving a car from anywhere within Prince Edward Island National Park, head southeast on the main park road towards Route 1. Merge onto Route 1 and continue for approximately 35 km. Take the exit toward Wood Islands and follow the signs to Wood Islands Lighthouse. Turn left onto Lighthouse Road, and the lighthouse will be on your left at 173 Lighthouse Rd, Wood Islands, PE C0A 1B0. There is parking available near the lighthouse.
