If you are traveling by car within Prince Edward Island National Park, start at the Park Visitor Centre located at 2149 North Rustico Road, North Rustico. From there, head southeast on North Rustico Road (Route 6) towards Rustico. After approximately 16 km, merge onto Route 2 and continue eastward. After about 25 km, take the exit toward Montague and merge onto Route 1. Follow Route 1 for about 15 km until you reach Montague. Once in Montague, turn left onto Line Road and continue for about 1 km. Buffaloland Park will be on your right at 1206 Line Rd, Montague, PE C0A 1R0.
